Biopreparate for purifying water and soil from pollution with oil or oil products contains mixture of microorganism stems Rhodococcus sp. BKM-AC-1500D, Rhodococcus maris BKM-AC-1501D, Rhodococcus erytropolis BKM-AC-1502D, Pseudomonas Stutzeri BKM-B-1972D, Candida sp.BKM-Y-2778D, which oxidize hydrocarbon, besides the quantitative proportions of the abovementioned stems in the mixture are (0-1):(0-1):(0-1):(0-1):(0-1). Biopreparate consists of natural association of microorganisms or mixture of individual stems of microorganisms.The method for purifying water and soil from pollution with oil or oil products provides for treatment of water and/or soil with biopreparate, which contains microorganism stems Rhodococcus sp. BKM-AC-1500D, Rhodococcus maris BKM-AC-1501D, Rhodococcus erytropolis BKM-AC-1502D, Pseudomonas Stutzeri BKM-B-1972D, Candida sp.BKM-Y-2778D. Biopreparate is applied in quantity to get for each square metre of the surface at least 2x1013viable microbe cells.Water and/or soil treatment is performed by spraying suspension of biopreparate in mineral salt solution. Prior to treatment trenches shall be made in soil. Water and/or soil treatment is performed when salt content in them is up to 10%.Biopreparate is used for purification of big reservoirs, salted and salt water containing ecosystems.
