The features are: employing thermal spraying lining and forming a coating thereon, and according to the predetermined method that the highly effective material and the lining are sprayed together and catalyzed as a part of the layer; a part of highly effective material is melted into the lining and separating the said highly effective material as islands and distributing in the coating lining and buried into the layer or surround it; it is different according to the highly effective material sprayed together; catalyzed from the depositing material; or increasing the stiffness of lining; or improving the viscosity of lining.
