The process provides for the overlapping of several layers 2 of materials of groups A2-5, A2-6, A2-7, A4 and A5, with several intercalary geotextile fabrics 1 filled with expanded clays or bentonites plus cement which become rigid in contact with water and impermeable in such a way as to form a semisolid layer which is shaped to match the base F of the excavation and the various upper layers 2.
