Dynamic therapeutic aid for the sensory-motor reeducation of the upper limb in cerebrally damaged patients comprising according to the invention a dynamic plate 16, 19 rotating about an axis and supporting a free body 20, and respectively a body 17 hinged to the latter which imposes rotational and slightly jerky movements and against which rests a paralysed hand of a patient in such a way that the constant changes in the relationship between the said body 20, 17 and the digito-palmar surface of the paralysed hand and the multijointed and multisegmental involvement of the paralysed upper limb effectively simulate active manipulation permitting the patient to achieve more overall contact with reality.
