Anti-theft device for the support 5 of a general-purpose carrier block 1, especially for the support of ski, bicycle or package-carrying blocks, comprising a plate 9 placed at a distance from the magnetic plate 7 supporting the general-purpose carrier block 1 such as to prevent it from being lifted, the anti-theft plate 9 being equipped with an anti-theft key locking system 11 and also being equipped with means for attachment to magnetic supporting plate 7 so as to permit magnetic plate 7 to be raised and therefore removed when key anti-theft locking system 11 is properly deactivated. This anti-theft plate 9 is fixed to the said support 5 of general-purpose carrying block 1 or to general-purpose carrying block 1, or to supporting plate 7 and is constructed in two or more separate parts which are connected together.
