Electromechanical apparatus with a target which moves in response to an attempt to hit it, intended for athletes practising combat skills

The invention presented here finds an application in gyms used for practising combat skills; with the aid of an electromechanical apparatus, the practising athlete is able to train by attempting to strike a target which moves independently in an unpredictable manner in response to any movement made by the athlete. At present, on the market, there are no targets which move autonomously in response to a movement of a person who is practising hitting them. The apparatus consists of three units: 1) A unit for detecting the athlete's movements, consisting of a radar able to detect, with variable adjustment, any movement made by the athlete 1A; 2) A processing unit 1B which causes the target moving unit to rotate with a random direction, speed and amplitude; 3) Target moving unit with flexibility and strength characteristics required by the application, which moves the target at a variable and adjustable speed 1-C.
