the synthesis of oligomers in prescribed sequence, such as peptides, oligosaccharides, trace nucleotides, etc. it is very important for the sectors that use these products for use in diagnostic and therapeutic.the problem of their synthesis has been solved by the use of supportanti insoluble polymers that make it easier to purificazioni intermediate and the automation of the process of synthesis. the polymer enables to transform the intermediate purification processes in simple filtrations and washing.these systems, even if a happier place, are of limited use for large-scale production due to the heterogeneity of the process and the application of large quantities of reagents.this system allows the use of soluble polymers that allow instead operate in homogeneous phase.in this way, it is required to equal yielda lower amount of reagents and the increase of the scale of synthesis is not prevented by the heterogeneity of stage in the process that makes it unpredictable performance and makes it difficult to manipo syntheticbecause of large amount of support.the use of this system is devoted to synthesis on a large scale of oligomers, natural and chemically modified to prescribed sequence linked permanently and not to the polymer support.achieved with automated processes.
