A safety valve against overpressure including a membrane - shutter (22) between a junction (13), linked to a plant, and a junction (14) linked to a drain including a stiffening spring holder (36) sunk in membrane's material in a portion of it and destined to cooperate with the centre to clog the way to drain plant. Preferably the sunk spring-holder shows a threaded collar to be linked to a guide stalk (40) and control of the membrane - shutter.
