The composition comprises: 0.001-5.0 % Clobetasone or an isomer or a derivative or one of the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof 0.05-5.0 % Tobramycin or an isomer or a derivative or one of the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and, optionally, one or more ingredients selected from among isotonizing agents, pH buffers, viscosity modifying agents, wetting agents, chelating agents, antioxidants, preservatives, solubility agents, aside from one or several excipients suitable to the pharmaceutical form for application of the formulation. Said formulation has a pH between 4 and 9. Application in the treatment of eye and ear processes accompanied by infection.
