New variety of pear tree. New variety of pear tree, Pyrus communis L., obtained from a cross between the varieties COSCIA-ERCOLINI and WILLIAMS, early ripening, with a constant high yield and with fruit of a good grade and quality. The tree has an erect habit and moderately high vigour and has branches with internodes. The fruit is of medium size, with a pear shape or truncated iris shape, symmetrical, with a smooth skin, yellowish green in colour, with a slight pink tinge. This variety flowers and ripens early, at the same time as, or even before, the variety COSCIA-ERCOLINI.
