New lotion for increasing sexual capacity in men, process for the preparation thereof, and applications thereof. The lotion comprises: ethanol (60-100 ml), water (10-50 ml), arginine (50-600 mg), hydrokeratin (100-1000 mg), nicotinic acid (200-2000 mg) and essences (5-30 mg). The process comprises (1) preparing an aqueous solution of arginine at 30-40 degree C, to which the hydrokeratin is added; (ii) preparing an ethanol solution of nicotinic acid which is slowly added to the aqueous solution, while stirring. The lotion can be used to increase the sexual response in mature men.
