The invention relates to a device for transmitting pulsed high- frequency electromagnetic waves, with athermal effect for localised applications on the whole surface of the neurocranium. It is constituted by one or more electrical circuits (2) producing pulsed high-frequency electrical pulse signals, which are each linked to an antenna (3) for transmission of a pulsed high frequency magnetic field. This antenna is integrated with a helmet (1). The assembly is linked to a mains or battery electric power supply. The present device is positioned on the zone to be treated by a mechanical or electrical system (4) controlled manually or automatically. The device according to the invention is in particular intended for medical, cosmetic and hairdressing applications. IMAGE
