N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl) acetamide stabilization

摘要

PURPOSE: To suppress decomposition reaction in high temperature heating and make it possible to use in a broad temperature range by improving thermal stability of N,0-bis-(trimethylsilyl)acetamide used in organic synthesis, especially medicine synthesis as a silylating agent. ;CONSTITUTION: 2-Mercaptobenzothiazoles expressed by the formula (R is H, alkylamino, alkylthio, alkylaminothio, alkylammonium ion or alkali metal ion) or salt thereof is added as a stabilizer to N,0-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide, preferably W an amount of 0.01-5mo%, especially 0.11mol% based on the above- mentioned acetamide. Thereby thermal stability of the highly active acetamide is improved and e.g. decomposition ratio on heating at 150°C for 2hr is suppressed to 0% and usage of the above-mentioned acetamide is widen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
