Method for MPEG-2 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 chroma format conversion

The chorma format converison method is for;   determining whether chromaformat data to be converted is interlaced data or not,   when the chroma format data is non-interlaced data , converting the chroma format data by using a filter for non-interlaced ,   when the chroma format data is interlace data ,   determining whether the chroma format data is odd field data or even field data ,   when the chroma format data is odd field data, converting the chroma format data by using a filter for odd field ,   when the chroma format data is even field data, converting the chroma format data by using a filter for even field .
