A device for the collection and drainage of polluted liquids from dental instruments during or after the sterilization of the instruments themselves envisages a container (10) forming an integral part of an upper portion (3) which holds the instruments and collects liquids and which is located on a base (2), the said container (10) being connected to a main drain (9) through a second pipe (14) which is separate from first pipes (8) of a cuspidor (4) and plate (5) supporting a tumbler (6).
