Packaged compsn. for reclaimed barren land comprising a bundle containing, in a water-disintegratable and biodegradable outer packing, (a) at least one oil-resistant, biodegradable inner liner made of one or more layers e.g. of plastic or plastic-coated paper and contg. a thickened soil stabiliser and (b) further organic and inorganic substrates such as seeds, fertilisers, plants, plant parts, organic fibres, mineral substrates, liq. absorbing and delivering substances, pH control substances, etc.
