COHESION DISPOSAL APPARATUS FOR WASTE PAINT

摘要

A waste paint generated in a coating process is coagulated and treated by a floating apparatus. A water collection tank(7) is installed on a side of a water tank(1), a suction port of a pump(8) is connected to a suction pipe(12) in the tank(7). An exhaust pipe(10) is connected to an exhaust pipe(13) in the exhaust port of the pump(8). A separation tank(18) installing reciprocally diaphragms(15, 17) is installed on the bottom of a coagulator(11), water and paint are fed into the tank(1) through a joint pipe(19) on the upper end of the separation tank(18).
