The present invention can dramatically mass-produce a laser module for use in optical communication by using a position control plate with a laser chip. The present invention makes it possible to stably and easily manufacture an unstable method of a conventional manufacturing method, such as a reduction in light amount of 1 teribel (1 dB) to a fine movement of 1 micron. The present invention makes it possible to fabricate more than 20 laser modules used in optical communication in one hour by simple manual operation in the conventional method using 3-4 high-end high-priced equipments per hour.
