METHOD FOR MAKING A COLOR STAINLESS STEEL PLATE BY A VACUUM EVAPORATION

摘要

The stainless steel plate of which the surface is coated with silica, expresses a various of colors according to thickness of a transparent deposition layer. The method comprises depositing a transparent silicon dioxide(SiO2) film of 0.05-0.35 micron meter thickness on the surface of stainless steel plate using electron beam of 0.75-0.9Kw and SiO2 granular grains in a vacuum bath of below 510-5 torr.
