The present invention provides an anti-fogging agent on the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet exhibiting the following excellent effects: (1) It is possible to prolong the time for which the effect of suppressing fogging of the sheet surface due to the middle-stage condensation is maintained; (2) Excellent barrier resistance and coating stability make the anti-flow surface less stripped in a heating process that heats on a hot plate in a direct heating process and shapes the surface into various shapes; (3) a polyhydric alcohol having wettability in a predetermined amount, thereby providing excellent antistatic properties.;The present invention provides a flow-inhibiting thermoplastic resin sheet treated with the flow inhibitor. There is provided a novel flow inhibitor for a surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet containing a polyhydric alcohol incorporated in an amount of 1 to 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of a mixture of a sucrose aliphatic ester and a coating-forming hydrophilic polymer compound. A novel anti-fogging thermoplastic resin sheet treated with the flow inhibitor is also provided.
