The present invention adds a trace alloy element to SUS 430 stainless steel to increase the hot deformation resistance of the matrix structure and to reduce the austenite fraction at high temperature and to reduce the hot rolling temperature due to the decrease in the heating temperature of the billet in the hot rolled preheating furnace.
