Phenol formaldehyde resin, talc, polyisoprene rubber, lamp carbon black, ammonium hydroxide, crystal line silica and the like with water to give a viscosity of 2000 to 6000 cps. This is advantageous in that it is applied to the exterior of the green tire to reduce the defective rate and to reduce the environmental pollution, harmfulness and fire risk as compared with the case of applying the solvent type releasing agent.
