FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: for preparing listeriae bacterial mass method involves the use of nutrient medium based on Hottinger digest. Nutrient medium has Hottinger digest, sodium hydrogen phosphate and yeast extract. Subsurface cultivation is carried out for 7-9 hr under conditions of decreased oxidative-reductive medium potential after sowing, maintenance of partial pressure value of oxygen dissolved in cultural fluid and dosed glucose feeding at limited listeriae growth by glucose. EFFECT: increased accumulation of viable bacteria showing stable biological properties, decreased cost of vaccine. 1 tbl
