METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF ANTIGEN PREPARATION OF VIRUS OF TRANSMISSION GASTROENTERITIS AT PIG

FIELD: veterinary virology. SUBSTANCE: method of production of immobilized antigen preparation of transmission gastroenteritis at pig (TGP) involves cultivation of said virus in cell cultures to prepare virus-containing culture liquid, separation antigen by freezing and defrosting followed by adsorption of antigen. Said adsorption is carried out within 40 min on particles of solid phase carrier. Particles of finely dispersed clay material as its 5 % gel is used as mentioned above carrier. Quantity of said carrier is 0.150-0.350 mg of dry compound per 1 ml of virus-containing culture medium. Complex of virus and sorbent is used further for production of biological preparations being used perorally. EFFECT: improves efficiency of method.
