SUBSTANCE: rotational speed of gyroscope shaft is measured and is doubled; two mutually-perpendicular magnetic fluxes pulsating at doubled speed are created in coordinates of housing; electromotive force induced by magnetic fluxes is revealed and control currents are formed in torque generator. Method is realized by means of device which has rotor, outer and inner torsion bars, ring, shaft, base, torque generator, diodes, reading heads and modulators.
