FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering per os aqueous solution which main ingredient is 1,4- and 3,6-lactones mixture complex of D-saccharic acid with their relative contents in % by mass: 30-80 : 20-70 with water-soluble polyelectrolyte being copolymer of N-vinyl pyrrolidone (80-90 mol %) with a monomer taken from a a row including vinylamine and allylamine (10-20 mol %) having molecular mass of (30-100)х10³. Proportion in lactone to copolymer complex is 3:6:1 in parts by mass. Complex concentration is 10-20 % by mass. Effective dose to be administered is 1.5-2.5 g/kg of body mass per week.
