SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of known alpha-adrenoblocking agent dihydroergotamine that prevents bone marrow damaged cells from excess alpha-adrenergic effect of pyrocatecolamines under condition of cytostatic dosing. Proposed agent is used for pharmacological correction of blood system disorder caused by cytostatics. EFFECT: accelerated recovery of committed pool of granulocytopoiesis precursors. 2 tbl
