FIELD: medicinal biotechnology, virology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing recombinant plasmid DNA pVR6-1 used for probe isolation which is used for specific detection of human rotaviruses of the 1-st subgroup and preparing transformed bacteria Escherichia coli which contain plasmid DNA pVR6-1. Obtained plasmid has SmaI-SmaI-fragment of cDNA the size of 660 nucleotide pairs which shows homology with the site of the 6-th gene human rotaviruses of the 1-st subgroup. Probe synthesis level in plasmid in constructed strain E. coli is 1.5 mg/ml at culture density 5 x 108 cells/ml. Plasmid can be used for viral diseases diagnosis in human.
