SUBSTANCE: method involves the additional intramuscular administration of collalysine at the dose 500-750 U/24 hr, once per 24 hr for 10-15 days together with oral administration of corticosteroid hormones. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment, prevention of dermatomyositis complications, decreased by-side effects and therapy complications.
