FIELD: protection of resources of water reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: method chromatographic separation of phospholipids into fractions with simultaneous extraction of lipids from tissue is used to reduce labour input into quantitative analysis of phospholipids, to raise authenticity of results, to evaluate peculiarities of individual and to save examined material. Whole individual is placed at start line of chromatographic plate. Results of analysis indicate that mass of 5.0-6.0 mg is optimal to produce quality chromatogram and to obtain quantitative evaluation of phosphotopid fractions. When examining fish with body mass of 1.0-2.0 mg sample should include 1-2 individuals since needed contrast of chromatogramms can be achieved only in this case which is especially important for minor components. Comparison of results of quantitative determination of phospholipid composition of young fish from one and the same generation of bream with preliminary extraction and without it indicates that second method extracts 2-5 times bigger number of phospholipids with maintenance of proportion of separate fractions. Consequently proposed method makes it possible to conduct examinations at level of separate individual as well as to obtain data on content of individual phospholipids.
