METHOD OF SPECTROSCOPIC ONCOLOGICAL SICKNESS DIAGNOSIS

FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording IR-spectra of patient blood smear at the range 1600-1700 cm^-1 before and after treatment with 25 mcl aqueous solution of alkaline-earth metal chloride, preparing the second derivatives of these spectra at the same range, determination of peak square of the second derivatives. Oncological sickness is diagnosed at value ratio of the second square peak of the second derivatives after and before treatment with reagent from 1.1 to ∞ and the absence of sickness at value ratio from 0.3 to 1.1. EFFECT: improved method of diagnosis.
