Method of regulation involves displacement of living organisms or separate cell in sealed chamber filled with medium containing oxygen and other survival means; pressure increase in chamber up to required level by a single increase of bioinactive components content in medium; fixing limit required level of pressure in chamber at required intensity of INTERCELLULAR energy production attainment and pressure maintenance of medium for time necessary for required energy production intensity fixation in organisms and separate cells. Method can be used for oncological disease treatment, prevention of bacterial foodstuffs decomposition at their storage, cell division prevention, microorganism use for protein production and diabetes mellitus treatment. EFFECT: improved method of energy production regulation.
