FIELD: chemical industry, other fields of economy and production connected with hydroxide usage,, in which they use methods of chemical treatment of aluminum and its alloys equipment, pieces and structures for operation in different concentrations hydrogen proxide solutions. SUBSTANCE: method provides, that chemical treatment of aluminum and its alloys equipment is carried out under temperature of 15 - 25 C during one stage by solution that has sulfuric acid, phosphate ions and nitrate ions with following ration of components, g/l: sulfuric acid - 10 - 250; hydrogen proxide - 10 - 450; phosphate ions - 0.006 - 0..7; nitrate ions - 0.007 - 0.3. In the case treatment of equipment made of technical brands of aluminum is carried out for 18 - 24 hours and made of alumomanganese and alumomagnesium alloys - for 6 - 12 hours. EFFECT: method allows to improve technical and cost characteristics of process that is to increase productivity, to decrease labour, material and power consumption, to decrease discharge of sewage.
