SUBSTANCE: invention claims polyvalent vaccine against Mareck's disease that contains turkey herpes virus (3-d serotype) as a basic virus and viruses of 2-d serotype (without preliminary adaptation and attenuation) as components enhancing immunogenesis isolated from healthy birds at amount 1-50% of basic one. Suspension of vaccine whole cells has the following media, wt.-%: Eagle medium or medium-199 80-90 and cattle serum blood 5-10 followed by addition of dimethylsulfoxide at amount 5-10 wt.-%. Method of preparing cell culture involves the separate infection of bird embryos with turkey herpes virus and one or more chicken herpes virus (2-d serotype) after 2-5 passages. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of vaccine, improved method of preparing.
