FIELD: study of materials. SUBSTANCE: extraction-loading unit is used to study properties of solids. Proposed extraction loading unit of device for determination of content of hydrogen in aluminium and its alloys by method of vacuum heating incorporates quarts extraction tube composed of rotary section metallographic specimen with analytical tube and tube for collection of analyzed samples attached mutually perpendicular to specimen, water-cooled section metallographic specimen of vacuum system of device, loading tube for analyzed samples, cooled trap for impurities and evacuation line. Loading tube for analyzed samples is made from quartz, is plugged on one butt and is joined to extraction tube uniaxially to longitudinal axis of rotary section metallographic specimen. Unit is fitted with electric resistance furnace into which loading tube for analyzed samples is lowered. Cooled trap for impurities is made of metal and is joined to water-cooled section of metallographic specimen fabricated from metal overlapping cross-section of evacuation line with its cooled surface. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability.
