FIELD: special-purpose transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: special-purpose submarine hull (mobile submersible drilling platform) is erected from horizontal and vertical modules which are rigidly interconnected; vertical modules are located between horizontal modules and at their ends. Vertical modules are connected with horizontal ones at end flat girderless bulkheads of horizontal modules; diameters of modules are maximum for present-day technology. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of all jobs pertaining to operation of oil and gas pools of continental shelves at depth down to 300 m.
