SUBSTANCE: in known detector scintillator is manufactured in the form of one-layer belt of fiber light guides which are laid on working surface in agreement with certain regulations. Usage of several scintillating fiber light guides enhances volume of scintillating matter as compared with one fiber light guide increasing sufficiently sensitivity of detector.
