Harmful emissions and fuel consumption reduction device e.g. for petrol and diesel IC engines with oil-fired heating system

The device contains a hard PVC tube system (1,4) contg. inductance (6) with no mechanical connection to the fuel flowing in the pipe system. The pipe system is connected via screened cable to control electronics. The control electronics consists of an oscillator which produces a sawtooth pulse with a frequency of about 500 Hz which is applied to a constant DC current. The pulse current control is applied to the inductance via a power amplifier. A directed electromagnetic field in the pipe system is pulsed by the sawtooth pulses to provide energy to the fuel chain molecules.
