The cutting head/pin (6) consists of a rotational body (6a) with a structured surface. The cutting head/pin is rotated by a drive (1) across a flexible shaft (4). The rpm of the drive is adjustable. The cutting head/pin is a part of a resectoscope or an endoscope. Non electric insulated parts carry HF. An insulated rigid shaft is used for guiding the instrument in the endoscope or the resectoscope.
