The arrangement is for regulating the course of a roller supported conveying belt (11) of a belt conveyor (2). It comprises a roller control block (12) which is rotatable about a vertical axis (25) in the vertical central plane (MLE) of the belt conveyor. Control rollers (18,19) are provided near the longitudinal edges of the conveyor belt lateral to the running direction (LR) of the conveyor belt. The rollers are joined together in a rotary moment transmitting manner by pinions (22,23) with roll on a gear rim (24).
