Height increasing insole for boots and high heeled shoes

The leather or plastics shoe insole, designed for the left or right foot is inserted inside the boots or high-heeled shoes. The shoe lining incorporates a height adjusting plastics or leather heel for one or both feet. The bottom end of the heel has an elastic flexible rubber layer of between one half and one centimetre high. The inner heel is adjustable in height by a three part arrangement by which the leather or plastics heel has a spherical hole, middle and end piece.
