The draw component (2) comprises steel rods, wires or strips (3) which are arranged in a plastics casing and surrounded by plastically deformable corrosion protective mass. At its ends it has anchor devices with an anchor plate with holes for accommodating the draw components. The draw components with their casings (4) are fed through holes in at least one holed plate (12) and at least one sealing plate (13) provided with corresp. holes. The holed plate with the intermediary of the sealing plate is pressable against the side of the anchor plate (7) turned away from the air side.
