The striking tools (11) are fixed on the arms (7) of gyroscopes (2) circulating around vertical axes (1) and from there extend downwards. They each consist of a multi-edged bar with sharp edges, and have a rectangular cross-section. The striking tools are articulately fitted. The arms at their free ends support tangentially directed rotary links (8), on which the striking tools are pivotably located. Several gyroscopes are arranged next to one another and are counter-wisely driven so that the circulating circles of the striking tools overlap.
