The present invention concerns an audio-video recording studio or concert hall. Studio or hall which is installed in a building (1) made of concrete or masonry and constituted in the form of an internal structure, characterized in that the internal structure is formed by on-site assembly of, on the one hand, factory-prefabricated partitions, these partitions being formed by interchangeable partition panels (2) directly provided with a finishing trim and mounted on a lightweight supporting substructure, and by absorbing or diffusing elements (3) integrated in the panels (2) or added to the latter by fastening onto the supporting substructure, and, on the other hand, a ceiling likewise constituted by interchangeable partition panels (2) closing the upper space of the structure and fastened onto the ceiling of the building (1).
