TV programme scrambling method e.g. for MMDS

The method involves dynamically allocating a multiplex channel (Cj) for each programme (Pi) according to a time variable law. The time variable law is encoded according to a help signal. The help signal is multiplexed with the programme signals. On reception, the help signal is decoded to restore the time variable law, with this information used to apply the necessary unscrambling function to the received signal.
