The invention relates to a method of implementation of a matrix of components with quantum wells of the vertical structure operating in "all-optical". & br / this method consists in that it is encapsulated in a negative dielectric layer (7) whose thickness is given by the bragg condition to the working wave length, a half - structure formed of a lower mirror (2), an active region (3) is partly covered by a self-alignment mask (4).
