The invention relates to a process for synthesizing zeolites based on element (s) T and mesoporous solids based on element (s) T, T being silicon and / or aluminum, comprising the following successive steps: BR/ i) the synthesis of a source reaction medium of homogeneous element (s) T containing: BR/ a) - at least one element source (s) T chosen from the group formed by the solutions basic aqueous silica or silica and alumina and alcoholic solutions of alkyl tetraorthosilicate and trialkoxyaluminium, BR/ b) - optionally at least one structuring agent, BR/ c) - optionally seeds of the phase crystalline desired, BR/ ii) the heating of the reaction medium at a temperature between 20 and 220 deg. C for a period of between a few minutes and a few days, BR/ iii) the controlled-rate injection of at least one chemical agent that allows the generation of the polycondensable species in said medium.
