The panel consists of rectangular frame sections made from uprights (1) and lengthwise members (2), and a supporting surface for a notice or advertisement, e.g. of plywood. The lengthwise members of each frame section are connected by elastic cords (3) which are threaded through two holes in each lengthwise member and knotted. The cords are situated close to each of the uprights and can be used for joining two or more panels together end to end by hooking the elastic cord on one panel over a lug (bi) projecting inwards from the upright at the end of an adjacent panel.
