PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of the holding mechanism or locking mechanism for holding a door at a closed position or the structure of a mechanism for holding a filter means in a specified state and to facilitate the attachment and detachment of the filter means to and from the inside of the door. ;SOLUTION: A door 63 capable of rotatively reciprocating between a closed position where the door is housed in a housing space 51 provided on a substrate 1 and an open position where the door is pulled out from the housing space 51 at least partly is provided. The locking mechanisms 55 and 75 capable of elastically detaining the door 63 at the closed position and the filter means 89 arranged in the inside part of the door 63 is further furnished. Further, a filter mounting part 81a capable of freely detachably mounting the filter 89 constituting the filter means and provided with a holder is furnished in the inside part of the door 63.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
