PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fouling of a room by detecting the reversion of drain water. SOLUTION: A door switch terminal 7 is so arranged in a drain piping 5 to be activated when the drain piping 5 is clogged with impurities, causing the reversion of the drain water. Upon the activation of the door switch terminal 7, the operation of the body 1 of air conditioning equipment is stopped by a controller 6 for controlling the operation thereof thereby preventing the reversion of the drain water, eventually causing the water to spill into the room.
